Raw Chocolate Rawwwwrrr
This recipe has been doing the rounds at uni, if I find out where it originates from I will edit this post to give due recognition.
So C, L and I each contributed some ingredients to make this version of dark chocolate, it is quite a bitter concoction, but since I had been eating an 85% dark chocolate anyway it wasn't too bad. We added dried cherries for half of the batch, which did sweeten things.
Raw Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:
Half cup of raw cacao powder
Quarter cup of raw cacao butter
2tsp raw agave nectar
2tsp cacao nibs
Anything else you want e.g. almonds, peppermint

Method:
1. Melt cacao butter (in bowl over water; you know the score)
2. Measure cacao powder into a bowl
3. Add agave and half melted cacao butter to cacao powder and gently combine
4. Gradually add remaining butter and continue blending until all well combined
5. Add all other ingredients
6. Poor/spoon into tiny confectionery cases or ice cube moulds/tray
7. Place in freezer to set

Our cacao butter melting and nib smashing was made easier by the use of C's super duper Thermomix, affectionately called "Thermie"...he can do anything...
