Summer Foods...what's been prepared in my kitchen...
 
Cherries, black grapes, strawberries & passion fruit with Greek yoghurt
  
Green & yellow zucchini fritters with a simple tomato and cucumber salad with avocado and lemon dressing


Broad bean, fresh pea, asparagus & avocado bean salad with flaked almonds & goat's fetta


Couscous salad moulded onto a lentil patty


Buckwheat salad with balsamic beetroot


Berries & yoghurt


Asparagus & potato pie with roasted mushrooms & cherry tomatoes, made by my sister V and I after seeing Jaime Oliver cook something similar.

Enjoy the photos & make some yummy healthy food for yourself and your loved ones.

Thanks Johanna, there has been a lot of good food going through the kitchen but I just can't seem to find the time to blog with my online units and working full time over the break, I do really enjoy it though so thought the photos will just have to suffice for now.
I hope you are well and motherhood is all you had dreamed of and more. :)
